I, the undersigned, hereby grant Erin Loughlin Photography permission to photograph me and/or my likeness at the Bryn Mawr Block Party Street Fest on September 21st, 2025.
I understand and agree that these images may be used in:
Social media posts
Promotional materials (digital and print)
Artistic/creative projects
Exhibitions, portfolios, or publications
I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. I also waive any rights to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of these images.
I release and hold harmless Rachel Rakel and Erin Loughlin, their artistic representatives, and assignees from any claims, demands, or causes of action connected with this use.
Also by participating I am waiving their responsibility for any accidental damage caused by non-toxic, fda compliant face paint used for this project.
